Meet Coach Willson
Coach Willson is starting his 5th Year as the Tritons Head Coach. In his first year, he led the Tritons to a playoff win and to a record of 11-12-1 along with four conference players and one all-county player. Coach Willson is a 2013 graduate from the University of Central Arkansas. He started his coaching career as an undergraduate assistant coach in 2013 under Head Coach Allen Gum. Outside of coaching, Coach Willson is happily engaged, has two dogs named Maggie and Rip, and has a strong passion for teaching
Coaching Philosophy
Here at Pacifica we believe in hard work, relentless effort, and accountability. We believe in the power of building positive relationships and becoming a great teammate in life. Our objective is to build tough young men through the life lessons that this wonderful game teaches us. We also believe that success in classroom leads to success on the field. Go Tritons!!
